eTRF- Early Time Restricted Feeding- new fad, or promising?

Research is limited, but eTRF seems to boost metabolism and health

Data from the University of Alabama, the first of its kind is due to be published in the journal of Cell Metabolism. The small study  found that when finishing their day’s calories by 3 pm, the men in the study lost more weight, had improved insulin sensitivity, or better control of the hormone insulin that controls fat metabolism, had lower blood pressure and also craved fewer sweet foods in the evening.

You would think that to finish dinner by 3 pm at the latest, would leave you with humongus cravings, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. In fact by matching your eating with your natural circadian rhythm , you do suppress the late night desires!

Try it, may be what the doctor ordered.Clock
